01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the jll77 online gaming platform, including the website, mobile-optimized browser interface, and all gaming services made available thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by jll77 ("jll77," "the Operator," "we," "us," or "our"), a company holding a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion on jll77, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jll77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

jll77 provides online casino gaming, sports betting, bingo, and other interactive gaming services exclusively to players physically located and legally entitled to participate in online gaming within the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual, registered user account created by a Player on the jll77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any qualifying bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by jll77 to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, bingo room, fish shooting title, crash game, sabong event, or other wagering activity available on the jll77 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by PAGCOR and jll77 before withdrawal of funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that licenses and oversees jll77's operations.
• "Platform" means the jll77 website, all associated pages, gaming interfaces, and services accessible via jll77.

• "Winnings" means any funds credited to a Player's Account as a result of a successful Wager outcome.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jll77 Platform, you must:

1. Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
2. Be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play;
3. Be legally permitted under applicable Philippine law to participate in online gaming;
4. Not be a current or former employee of jll77 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such an employee;
5. Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jll77 or PAGCOR;
6. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
7. Not have a pre-existing account on the jll77 Platform that has been suspended or closed for any violation of these Terms.

jll77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to proof of age, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on jll77, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly whenever it changes.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on jll77 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all bonuses, and potential withholding of winnings pending investigation.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jll77 requires all Players to complete KYC verification. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS/UMID card, and PRC ID. jll77 may request additional supporting documentation at its discretion. KYC documentation must accurately match the information provided during account registration.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. jll77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details, including outdated mobile numbers that prevent password recovery or OTP delivery.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jll77 Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify jll77 support immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account.

jll77 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jll77 that requests your password or payment credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

06 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

jll77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT, and other payment methods as updated from time to time on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for GCash and Maya. Deposits are credited to your jll77 Account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. jll77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

jll77 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the Platform for each payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during normal business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jll77 maintains full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. jll77 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law. Deposits made to a jll77 Account must originate from payment methods owned by and registered in the name of the Account holder.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on the jll77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits may be accepted in certain denominations and are converted to PHP at the applicable exchange rate at the time of deposit.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

jll77 may offer various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all jll77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion is available only to eligible Players as defined by the specific promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion, per account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated;
• jll77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• jll77 reserves the right to deny, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation, or violation of bonus terms;
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied;

08 Gaming Rules

Each Game available on the jll77 Platform is governed by specific rules accessible within the Game interface. By placing a Wager on any Game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. The following general gaming terms apply:

• All Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by live dealer procedures under controlled studio conditions, as applicable;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round may be declared void and all stakes returned to the Player's Account at jll77's discretion;

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jll77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using third-party payment methods not registered in your own name;

• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with jll77 staff to manipulate Game outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction processed through jll77;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jll77 staff or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

10 Responsible Gaming

jll77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in accordance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and take our obligation to support affected players seriously.

jll77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from Account settings;
• Loss Limits: Net loss thresholds over defined periods, after which further wagering is suspended;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders and forced timeouts after defined play durations;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net profit/loss;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension lasting 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the jll77 Platform, effective immediately upon request and irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jll77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of jll77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any portion of the jll77 Platform or its content without prior written authorization from jll77.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jll77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data loss, or loss of profits — even if jll77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jll77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

jll77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

jll77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against jll77 without legitimate basis;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or account closure request.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or Terms violations, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any required identity verification.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the jll77 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through jll77's internal customer support process by submitting a formal complaint via live chat or email. jll77 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a final resolution within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jll77's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority that licenses and supervises jll77's operations. PAGCOR provides a formal dispute resolution channel for player complaints against licensed operators.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above channels shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jll77 Platform shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.

jll77 operates under a license issued by PAGCOR and is subject to ongoing oversight and audit by that body. Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations take precedence over any conflicting provision in these Terms to the extent required by applicable Philippine gaming law.

16 Amendments to These Terms

jll77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to Players via notice on the Platform and, where material, via email or SMS to the registered contact details associated with your Account.

Continued use of the jll77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact jll77 support to close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
